Good afternoon po Mr. Tulfo, nais ko lang po humingi ng advice or tulong tungkol sa pinagdadaanan ng aming association ngayon. Isa po akong residente ng Cebu City at nangarap magkaroon ng kahit maliit at simpleng bahay. Last 2017, meron po nag offer sa amin ng murang pabahay, isa po cyang dating Councilor ng Cebu City at Attorney. So malaki po talaga tiwala namin sa kanya. Nagdown po kami ng reservation fee worth 20K at ang equity ay monthly yung payment. Nangako po sila sa amin na ipapatayo nila sa taong 2018, pero walang nangyari. Nangako na naman sila na ipapatayo ang bahay sa taong 2019. Pero wala pa ring nangyari sa area. Patuloy po ang pag collect nila ng money sa mga buyers. Hanggang sa hindi na kami nakatiis, December 2019 pumunta kami sa HLURB para magsumbong. Nalaman po namin na wala pa lang license to sell yung binibenta nilang lupa. Meron din nag check sa CENRO nalaman din namin na may issue yung lupa at maraming claimants. Nung time nag harapan na po kaming lahat sa HLURB, wala po sila maipakitang papers sa mga nagastos nila sa pag process sa lupa. Pinangakoan lang po nila kami na ibabalik nila yung pera namin. Ibinalik po nila yung reservation fee namin na worth 20K last July 15, 2020 nag tiis po kami maghintay. So ngayon po hinihingi na po namin yung refund sa equity. Pero hindi nila maibigay, yung reason po nila is close daw yung business nila dahil sa Covid wala daw silang funds. Hindi namin maintindihan yung reason nila kasi wala naman silang naipakita sa amin na expenses sa housing, hindi na namin alam kung nasan yung pera ng mga members. Sa pagkakaalam ko po nasa 400 po yung buyers/ members ng association. Pero 20 plus lang po kami nagtulongan para maibalik yung pera namin. Napakasakit pong isipin na kaming mahihirap po ang nabiktima. Mga simpleng tao lang po kami na nangarap magkaroon ng simpleng bahay. Sana po ay matulongan nyo kami.
