I’ve been following her show “Raffy Tulfo in Action-YouTube” with a lot of interest for a while now on abuse and injustice against ordinary people in the Philippines and how they broadcast and edit it.
As I German also came in a similar situation because of abuse in the Philippines I hope you can handle my case as well.
Here’s what I experienced in the Philippines and have been trying to get justice for abuse for a long time:
I started a friendship with a woman via facebook from the Philippines in Bohol in 2011 and have visited her several times in Jagna. The woman was separated from her husband for a long time and had five children to support with no work and lived without property or financial support. The woman wanted a close relationship and a life together with me. From 2011 I helped the woman with about 30,000 pesos a month for her expenses with the five children. At the time, I had to keep returning to Germany because of my work in Germany. From 2011 to 2014 I often visited the woman with the children and we lived together as a family. At her request, I bought a large plot of land and built a beautiful house. I paid all the expenses for the land and house (about 3,000,000 pesos) and everything seemed fine with the woman.
But then I got the bad news in Germany from a person from her relatives that after my return to Germany another man was living in the house with the woman and was in a relationship with the man. I tried to get in touch with the woman and traveled to Bohol in Jagna to speak to her. But she refused to speak to me and did not want any further contact with me. The woman just told me that she sees my help and the property with the house as a gift for her time with me and that she now lives with another man.
From 2011 to 2014 I paid about Peso 4,000,000 for help, land with house.
The woman just abused me and denied me entry to the house and lives with the man to this day. Since 2014 I have been trying to get help from a lawyer in Jagna on my trips to Bohol for compensation, who promised me rights to it. At another appointment with the lawyer in Jagna in August 2022, he told me to speak to the captain in Jagna about the abuse of the woman so that I could continue to act.I did that and discussed with Captain Luciana A. Ranoa in Jagna on August 26th together with the woman about the abuse and about recovering my expenses. At the end I was told by the captain to inform me about decisions before my departure for Germany on September 13th. But despite inquiries by phone and e-mail I get no answer. The captain does not answer calls.
I have had the feeling for a long time that in the city of Jagna I have no chance of justice as a foreigner from Germany because of the woman’s relatives and circle of friends with the man.
Everything I did and paid for the woman was hard for me from 2011 to 2014 because I lost the money I had saved. My dream with the woman was taken so badly from me in the Philippines and was only abused by the woman.
Now I kindly ask for an answer from you, if you would handle my case. We can more than to discuss or write any further details or questions. I’ll be back in Bohol again from November 24th for a longer period of time, since I’ve been happily together with another woman from the Philippines for five years.
